I’m Michael, a science-loving, tech-wielding, chicken-wrangling dad who built this place from the ground up - literally. From eggs and apples to freeze-dried farm-fresh snacks, everything here is grown, gathered, and geeked out over with grit and intention. It’s not just farm-to-table. It’s farm-to-freezer, farm-to-lunchbox, farm-to-apocalypse-kit… you get the idea.

I’m Michael - farmer, father, builder, preserver of food, and full-time dirt nerd. I started Ascensio Farms in Amazonia, Missouri, because I love the science behind sustainable living and the satisfaction of doing things the hard way - with my own two hands, an awesome family, and a whole lot of trial and error. Whether it’s fresh eggs, hand-picked apples, or small-batch freeze-dried produce, I’m here to grow and preserve food that’s as real (and Natural AF) as it gets.
